Channel 5 show 22 Kids and Counting's Radford family were back on TV screens on Sunday 26 January with a new episode filled with drama.

During the episode, Noel became concerned about his wife Sue's unusual silence and secretive behaviour. He enlisted the help of her mother and their daughters to find out what was wrong.

His worries intensified when he found a leaflet about early dementia in their family van. When he confronted Sue at home, he asked: "What's been going on?" Sue revealed that it was actually one of her close friends who had been diagnosed with early dementia at the age of 49.

Sue explained that her friend had initially wanted to keep the diagnosis private, not even sharing it with her own family. Apologising to Noel, Sue said: "I'm sorry, it's been awful!
