Around 20 million Brits take part in bonfire and firework displays for the celebrations. But while they are very popular, they can also lead to legal issues.

Now one specialist in the field is issuing advice to keep people on the right side of the law. Dan McCarthy from Green Olive Firewood has revealed the penalties that should be avoided this coming Tuesday, reports Bristol Live.

First up, setting fireworks off after midnight is something that could lead to a £5,000 fine. And it's all down to a law from 20 years ago.
