16 and Pregnant star Jordan Cashmyer’s cause of death has been revealed to be an overdose. The 26 year old was found dead in her apartment last month.
Confirming the news of her passing, Jordan's heartbroken father, Dennis M. Cashmyer Jr., wrote on Facebook at the time: “Last night I received a call no parent ever wants.
My oldest beloved daughter, Jordan has passed away, she was only 26 years old. "Our hearts are truly broken. No parent should ever have to go through losing a child, EVER." "Please keep my family in your thoughts prayers as we navigate through this terrible tragedy," Dennis added. "Please understand and respect our privacy at this time." He concluded: "We are surrounded by the love and support of our children, granddaughter Lyla and family members." Over a month on from her passing, Jordan’s autopsy has revealed that the reality TV star’s cause of death was fentanyl, despropionyl fentanyl and cocaine intoxication. The manner of death could not be determined, however, and the coroner noted that Jordan didn’t have alcohol in her system at the time of her death.
