Christmas dinner. As many of us are swapping big family gatherings for celebrations at home, we’ve had to brush up on our skills.Researchers polled 2,000 adults and found 79% will cook or assist in making the festive meal this year, with a fifth tacking the whole feast on their own for the first time.A quarter have even been practising their festive dishes ahead of the big day – an average of four weeks ahead of December 25th.The pressure is on though, as 57% consider the meal to be the culinary highlight of the year.
