Zayn Malik just debuted a new ‘do… And fans are torn. The One Direction alum took to Instagram early Thursday morning to show off a pic with producer and recording engineer Daniel Zaidenstadt, which he affectionately captioned, “te amo.” Aside from the hype for his new music tease, the Pillowtalk singer’s followers have been quite vocal online about one aspect of the photo specifically: his hair. Twitter, of course, was the main platform where users called him out for “cultural appropriation”:  However, other users were far more accepting of the hairstyle — and Zayn’s new muscular frame:  This isn’t the first time the iT’s YoU singer has tried out the look, as he posed for a pic with ex-girlfriend and baby momma Gigi Hadid in 2017 with a very similar style — and faced similar backlash!
