Fans are now rallying around folks like David Ayer in hopes that his cut of “Suicide Squad” will be released by HBO Max, as well as any other disputed version of a film that fans feel was interfered with by evil studio bosses.

After years of waiting, Zack Snyder and his legion of fans are on the verge of getting exactly what they have been wanting—a Snyder-approved cut of “Justice League.” And not only that, it appears that the mythical version of the superhero team-up film might actually not become a film at all. It could morph into something bigger.

You thought HBO Max officially announcing the release of the director’s cut of “Justice League” would mean outlets would stop writing about The Snyder Cut? Well, you thought wrong. Zack Snyder and other filmmakers may have tried many, many times to convince the public that the mythical director’s cut was pretty much done, but not only will it take several million dollars to release the complete version of “Justice League,” it also turns out Snyder asked to do additional reshoots, before HBO Max said no.
