Zac Efron really understood the impact of High School Musical‘s mass appeal when he was camping in Papua New Guinea.

The 34-year-old Firestarter actor spoke to Jimmy Kimmel on his talk show on Tuesday night (May 10), and opened up about how he was recognized by a local tribe because of his HSM fame.
