Zac Efron Is Selling His L.A. Home & We Have All the Photos from Inside the House!

Zac Efron has been living in Australia for the past year and he’s trying to sell the home he currently owns in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actor has just slashed the price on the house from the original list price of $5.9 million to $5.575 million after being on the market for 127 days, according to the New York Post.

The home is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in the Los Feliz neighborhood in LA. There’s also a separate guesthouse for a total of 5,644 square feet of living space!

Some of the cool features of the house are a pool with a waterfall, a hot tub with panoramic city views, decks and terraces that span the whole house, a gym, a wine cellar, and lots of privacy.
