YouTuber Danny Malin expecting baby with BGT contestant 10 years after vasectomy

Social media sensation Danny Malin has delighted fans by revealing the exciting news that he's set to welcome his first child with girlfriend Sophie Mei Lan.The YouTube star - face of Rate My Takeaway - is best known for reviewing fast food, much to the joy of his 588,000 followers.

Danny, 43, described his baby news as "a miracle", given that he'd made the decision to undergo a vasectomy back in 2013. His partner Sophia Mei, also 43, is also known across the Internet for her past performance as a belly-dancer on Britain's Got Talent, with the pair having embarked on a whirlwind romance after meeting in November 2022 and getting engaged a month later.

The couple are already parents, with online favourite Danny being a father to daughter Summer, 13, and son George, 11, with a previous partner, whilst Sophie is mum to daughter Jasmine, 11, and Arianna, eight, both from previous relationships.

Danny was previously engaged to girlfriend Carrie Taylor, with whom he shares his two children. Carrie tragically passed away in his arms aged just 40 years old after suffering a heart attack at the couple's home, leaving their kids in his sole care.The star shared the news of his incoming addition on Instagram on Sunday night, with followers quickly taking the opportunity to congratulate him and Sophie.
