Police officers asked to see George Nelson's insurance documents after they stopped him while he was dropping off a Chinese meal in March 2020.
The 20-year-old produced an Admiral business use policy on his phone, which had cost him £1,900. However, further investigation showed it did not cover work as a delivery driver, Lancs Live reports.
