A mum was left in tears after a kind stranger stepped in to pay for her Christmas shopping when her pin became locked in Tesco.
Paula Fletcher, from Liverpool, reached the checkout at Tesco only to find out the transaction would not go through. The 46-year-old was picking up her last Christmas bits last Thursday including Brussel sprouts, chocolates and Yankee candles for presents.
She had the £69 needed for the shopping - but when she got to the till her pin became blocked and she was unable to pay. While Paula ran out a kind 'young girl' stepped in to pay, she told the Liverpool Echo.
