A young Rangers fan who asked Santa for new legs spent Easter weekend playing football after walking to the park with his dad.We told how little Ross McKay fights a daily battle with cerebral palsy (CP).The 10-year-old has endured four major operations to allow him to walk but was running out of hope he would get to play with his pals.

The football fan from Easterhouse, in Glasgow, asked Santa for a pair of new legs for Christmas and now his proud dad has shared footage of the youngster striding to the park during the Easter holidays.

Doctors had previously warned his parents that he might never improve but the youngster is coming on leaps and bounds. Dad Craig McKay, 32, told the Record: “How Ross has improved is amazing."To think we
