A man was seriously injured after being stabbed in a 'confrontation' involving up to 10 men, police have said. The 25-year-old was taken to hospital following the attack in Failsworth, Oldham in the early hours of Friday.
Neighbours reported hearing shouting before a car sped from the scene. Emergency services were called to Hulton Street at 12.20am.

There were two lads in the car, I think." A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At 12:21am this morning (Friday 12 August 2022), officers were called to reports of a stabbing at a premises on Hulton Street, Failsworth.
