Emma Carlile, 15, saw the man approaching a young schoolgirl before putting his arm around her and telling her he was her "dad's mate," the ECHO reports.

The teenager's dad Rik, said his daughter had been walking from school in Wallasey Village in Merseyside on Tuesday (June 15) when the older man caught her attention.
