An Indian food lover has gone viral on TikTok after revealing her unique way of enjoying her takeaway. Rachael Simmonite, who regularly shares lifestyle tips on her account, saw thousands of Brits react in shock as she demonstrated her "takeaway roll" - a combination of a starter, main and side dish all in one.

The mum-of-four explained in a video exactly how she manages to eat the food in the unique way she serves it up. After placing a naan bread on her plate, Rachael began: "A lot of people are concerned about the poppadom getting soggy - I do get that - but it's fine, if you haven't tried it this way then do give it a go." She then added the poppadom from her delivery bag on top of the naan, followed by a large onion bhaji.

Disregarding the salad because it "doesn't look very nice", Rachael then scattered a bag of onions over it, before adding a generous helping of an "absolutely gorgeous" chicken tikka mixed with spinach, onion, tomato and coriander.

With the meal now assembled, Rachael poured on a pot of mint yoghurt before making space on her work surface to roll the ingredients together. "Yes it is going to crunch," she warned as the poppadom began to break inside.
