For those in the public eye, dealing with nasty comments has, unfortunately, become the norm. Being well known and also a mother makes you the target of an entirely new form of ridicule. ‘Once you become pregnant or a parent, you almost become public domain, she says, contemplating the issue of online trolls.
It’s as easy as pressing the send button on social media for ‘fans’ to pick apart your parenting skills. ‘It was something that did catch me by surprise initially,’ she admits.
