iOS - Android Hamilton Sheriff Court heard he turned up at his parents' home in Elmbank Crescent about 4pm on May 20 last year.He demanded money and when his dad refused he became "extremely agitated" and warned he was going to get a knife from the kitchen.Mairi-Clare McMillan, prosecuting, told the court: "Police officers attended and found Duncan to be agitated and aggressive."They offered to take him home and he said 'If you do that I'll be back here tonight with a knife and I'll be causing a scene'."He was then arrested and while being taken to the police station he spat on the walls and floor of the cell van."Duncan was released on bail and ordered not to contact his parents, but on January 10 he phoned them repeatedly, again demanding.
