According to a new report, the series will be led creatively by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, and will also be the first true offshoot of the original series, continuing the story and characters from the Paramount Network show. There had been some overall confusion whether Yellowstone would be coming to an end or not with this Sunday’s season five finale.
Original reports indicated the show was wrapping up, but rumors had been circulating that it could be renewed or a spinoff could take over.
