Luke Grimes didn't stray far from the look of his Yellowstone character Kayce Dutton when he made an appearance at the Today Show in New York City on Thursday.The 38-year-old actor rocked a rugged look featuring a charcoal corduroy shirt and weathered brown cowboy boots.Grimes was on hand to chat about his hit Paramount Network series Yellowstone, on which he plays the youngest son of Kevin Costner's patriarch John Dutton III.He dressed down his low-key outfit with a simple white T-shirt, and he stayed casual with a set of dark jeans.

During his appearance on the Today Show, Luke admitted that he wasn't among the many people staying up to date on all the drama on Yellowstone.The co-host Craig Melvin accidentally called the actor by his character's name as he asked if he was keeping up with the show as its popularity skyrocketed.
