‘Yellowjackets’ Creator Teases Season 3 Finale & Reveals A “Concept” For How They Want Series To End – Contenders TV

Yellowjackets joined Deadline’s Contenders Television awards-season event with a panel featuring the show’s creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson and stars Christina Ricci and Melanie Lynskey.

With each season of Showtime‘s psychological drama unraveling more of the story, going into Season 3 had writer and EP Lyle feeling a certain way. “I always feel like I’m sh*tting my pants,” she said about taking on each season of the show. “It’s terrifying, but it’s a really exciting challenge, and luckily, the design of the show and the concept of the show was such that we knew each season would get crazier and more chaotic and more violent and deranged.
