WWE Competition Series ‘LFG’ Among New Projects on Pro Wrestling Giant’s A&E TV Slate

Joe Otterson TV Reporter WWE and A&E are expanding their programming partnership with the addition of two new shows in addition to new episodes of “WWE Rivals.” First up, there is “WWE LFG” (short for “Legends & Future Greats”).

The competition series will follow rising talent in pro wrestling as they vie for a WWE contract. Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Shawn Michaels will both appear in the series alongside coaches The Undertaker, Booker T, Mickie James, and Bubba Ray Dudley.

Each week, the coaches will mentor the talent in weekly matches. Levesque and Michaels executive produce the series along with Lee Fitting, Ben Houser, and Jeremy Borash.

Elaine Frontain Bryant and Brad Abramson serve as executive producers for A&E. Next up, the new series “WWE’s Greatest Moments” will also launch on A&E.
