Lala Kent just owned up to editing photos of her daughter! WHAT THE HECK?? On Saturday, the Vanderpump Rules alum took to her Instagram Story to confirm she has been editing her 3-year-old daughter Ocean‘s two front teeth after an injury.

While sharing a close-up, unedited video of the kiddo smiling, she explained: It’s unclear exactly what comment she was talking about, but under a previous post from the weekend, fans wondered if Ocean was suffering from “bottle rot,” AKA baby bottle tooth decay, which can happen to babies and toddlers when they’re frequently exposed to sugary drinks.
