LeBron James is and always will be an icon in Cleveland as he is the best player in Cavaliers history and the man who brought the City its first pro-sports championship in over 50 years and the Cavs’ first title.
LeBron was drafted by his hometown Cavaliers back in 3003 and since then he has done some fantastic things as a Cavalier. Winning two MVP awards during his time in Cleveland as well as taking an undermanned Cavaliers team to his first NBA Finals in 2007 and 4 consecutive Finals appearances and one win between 2015 through 2018.The most notable of James’ achievements as a Cavalier was in 2016 when he led a Cavaliers team that was down three games to one against a loaded Golden State Warriors team to three straight wins to take the series.
That was the first and so far only time a team has come back from being down 3-1 in the NBA Finals as they spoiled the Warriors’ record-breaking season as Steph Curry pushed that team to a regular season record of 73-9.
Now that LeBron James has won yet another ring as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, is LeBron looking at a reunion with the Cleveland Cavaliers?
