The audience for the 2024 World Series just keeps growing. Game 4, which saw the New York Yankees upset the Los Angeles Dodgers to extend the Series, drew 16.7M viewers across Fox, Fox Deportes and streaming.
That’s the biggest audience for this World Series so far. It’s also up quite significantly from the previous two games, which managed about 13M each.
Game 1 averaged just over 15M, but it makes sense the anticipation would be growing now, as it typically does in the second half of the Series.
With just over 16M viewers on Fox alone, Tuesday night’s matchup was the network’s the most-watched World Series Game 4 in eight years, since Cleveland Guardians beat the Chicago Cubs to the tune of 16.7M viewers on the broadcaster.
