PTSD caused by her dad's death was told to "get a grip" by her boss. Bethan Oakley, 31, experiences flashbacks of when she performed CPR on her dying dad two years ago.
She was confronted by her manager, Gareth Roberts, at the call centre she had worked in for six years in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, when she returned late from lunch.
It's understood Mr Roberts became aggressive towards Ms Oakley, and he accused her of not doing her job. When she became upset, Mr Roberts told her to "get a grip", Wales Online reported.
An employment tribunal has ruled the treatment she received forced her out of her job and she was discriminated against.Ms Oakley, originally from Utah in the US who now lives in Merthyr Tydfil, said bringing the legal action.
