A woman who lived with her killer fiancé to help detectives gather vital evidence against him is to launch legal action against police.
Caroline Muirhead was the key prosecution witness in the murder of cyclist Tony Parsons and provided the breakthrough to solve the long running cold case.

But for 32-year-old Caroline from Glasgow said her life has been destroyed after police: Caroline, whose complaints are also being investigated by police watchdogs, said the nine month ordeal has devastated her mental health, she is unable to work and has brought her close to a breakdown.
