A woman who lost an impressive nine stone using the same weight loss tip as I'm a Celeb's Chris Moyles said she has managed to keep the pounds off and she still treats herself to a donner kebab every weekend.
Laura Holder, 45, accidentally begun intermittent fasting, which is a process where you only eat within a specific time frame, when she decided to stop giving into the temptation of late night snacks.
Laura revealed that she went from 18st 7lb to 9st 10lb simply by eating her 1,200 calorie restriction between the hours of 12-7pm.
Despite her remarkable transformation, she says she is still able to enjoy a donner kebab and chips every Friday while still keeping the weight off.
