A Polish woman who claimed to be Madeleine McCann has hit back at critics in a foul-mouthed Instagram post after a DNA test concluded she is not the missing tot.
Julia Wendall believed she was Madeleine, who disappeared while on a family holiday in Portugal in 2007, due to similarities in their appearance and other alleged evidence.
In an attempt to prove her claims, the Polish national travelled to the US to undergo genetic testing, accompanied by self-styled “Persian Medium” Dr Fia Johansson.
However, the DNA sample she provided was found not to be a match with the missing British girl. Julia, also known as Julia Faustyna, has now promised to share new information on the events of the past few weeks and "say everything that she wants to say", the Daily Star reports.
