Imogen Bohajczuk, 29, was found at a house on Ashton Road in Bardsley just after noon on March 4 when police were called to a report of concern for welfare.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. An inquest opening at Rochdale coroners' court on Thursday heard police discovered that 'attempts had been made to clean the kitchen' following Ms Bohajczuk's death.
Ms Bohajczuk, who was born in Stockport and worked as a carer, was identified through dental records at Royal Oldham Hospital.
