Recent data from relationship app Tinder has highlighted that an association with dogs could increase your rate of matching with someone else on their platform.

Your chance of getting a like from someone increases by 5% when you include a picture with your dog, and ‘dog lover’ is the 5th most popular interest on Tinder in the UK (but only 9th most popular globally).

Clinical animal behaviourist Rachel Rodgers would always keep an eye out for pictures of dogs in dating profiles she viewed.
