Jamie Loader began her journey two years ago after a family holiday to Italy. The 29-year-old and her family go to Italy every year but after a trip in 2018, Jamie decided enough was enough after being "absolutely disgusted" by what she saw.
A few months later, she joined Slimming World. "I had done loads of diets, fad diets, shakes, all sorts of stuff like that.
Someone took a photo of me (in Italy) and I was absolutely disgusted," Jamie told LancsLive. "I just looked not like me, I looked really big and older than I was.
