Woman's brilliant creation after dog mess smeared on pavement outside home

A woman is encouraging pet owners to be responsible after finding dog poo smeared across the pavement outside her house. Sarah Clarke, 35, said the "Bread Streets" in Dingle, Liverpool, are constantly plagued by dog soiling despite signage reminding owners to be responsible.

The mum-of-one said: “It’s disgusting and lazy. “Even more so when you come out of your house in the morning to find someone has left a present from their dog’s behind two feet in front of your step.” Sarah said she has reported the issue to Liverpool City Council a number of times since the beginning of the year, the Liverpool Echo reports.

She continued: “Nothing is ever done, so I’ve taken matters into my own hands. “I am making poo bag holders and I have attached
