A woman was rushed to hospital after being cut from a flipped over car on a busy road in Stalybridge on Sunday night (October 2).
Emergency services raced to the scene of the crash, which involved two vehicles, on Wakefield Road (A635). The road was temporarily closed for an hour as the scene was made safe.
One of the vehicles involved had flipped onto its side, trapping a woman inside. Firefighters secured the vehicle and gained access, where a trauma technician assessed the woman.
