A woman ended up going to hospital three times after she received a bite from a spider hiding under the toilet seat. Jo Kenyon, 34, was bitten by the arachnid - believed to be a false widow - when she sat down on the toilet and it scuttled out and nipped her in the thigh.
After flushing it away, she called 111 and was told by medics to go straight to hospital as there were concerns it could become infected, reports WalesOnline.
