A woman fears she'll miss her best friend's wedding in Cyprus after her naughty 'serial chewer' Pomeranian shredded her passport just days before her flight.

Sophia Kourtney had only left her one-year-old pooch Prince alone for two hours while getting her eyelashes done, but when she returned home she found her passport 'in a million pieces.' The 24-year-old from Salford had left her passport tucked into her laptop sleeve on her desk after checking in online for the upcoming trip to Cyprus, but the mischievous dog pulled it onto the floor. If not, she faces not only forking out £200 for the fast-tracked passport, but will also lose out on the long awaited holiday and hefty £600 cost.

She blames her lockdown pup's 'separation anxiety' for his chewing habit which may have cost her the special trip. Sophia said: "I had my passport out to check in online and left it with my laptop on my desk to go out for my eyelash appointment.
