mirror.co.ukA woman is afraid to go out after she was attacked in a nightclub toilet. Jemma Williams was out with her boyfriend in the Platform 11 club when she was set upon by Shannon Chapman in the early hours of January 26 2019.
Chapman, 25, pleaded guilty to assaulting Jemma, 18 at the time, on the basis that she didn't pull out her hair or gouge her eyes, reports WalesOnline.
On Friday Chapman appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court after changing her plea. The court was told that when the defendant assaulted the victim just over two years ago she used her false nails to "scram" Jemma's face.
