Cause Courtney Burgess, a man claiming to have Diddy’s sex tapes, testified in front of a grand jury! According to TMZ, Courtney told reporters outside a federal courthouse in Manhattan that he had been contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security and subpoenaed.
