A major storm could hit the UK in the in the final week of December - meaning Brits will narrowly miss out on a White Christmas this year.

But if the storm reaches the 'right' levels of pressure, it could bring with it a 'snowbomb,' blanketing areas of the country in snow.

It's been a rocky few weeks weather-wise, with Storms Arwen and Barra battering the country with snow blizzards, gales and freezing temperatures which left thousands of people without power.
