Rangers have raised concerns over the "competency" of referee Willie Collum following his controversial performance during the draw with Hibs.
The club have made their move to appeal John Lundstram 's red card after the midfielder was given his marching orders for a cynical foul that stopped Martin Boyle in full flight during Saturday's 2-2 draw.
That was far from the only call that whistler Collum was involved in having awarded a penalty against Hibs defender Rocky Bushiri for a tug on Antonio Colak which allowed James Tavernier to open the scoring.
The man in the middle continued to dominate the talking points after sending off Alfredo Morelos for a raised arm on Marijan Cabraja.
