Wilfried Zaha has claimed he was "forgotten about" at Manchester United as he opened up on his "depressing" spell under David Moyes at Old Trafford.

The Crystal Palace star was signed by United during Sir Alex Ferguson's tenure, but did not complete his switch until the legendary manager had retired.

It was in the summer when Zaha, aged just 21, left Selhurst Park to begin the next chapter of his promising career. But things didn't work out as planned, as Moyes handed him just four appearances for the club before he was loaned back to Palace after just six months.
