Born 16 June 1971, Tupac Shakur would have been celebrating his 50th birthday today if he hadn't been killed in a shooting in Las Vegas.

In September 1996, the world was rocked when the California Love hitmaker was gunned down in Sin City, dying in hospital six days later.
