Whether it’s a spicy curry or a hearty casserole, there are many meals that taste especially delicious the next day. But have you ever wondered why that’s the case?

Asda has teamed up with Charles Spence, a food scientist and experimental psychologist at Oxford University to understand the science behind leftovers.
