Why 'Fire Country' Won't Return with New Episodes Until 2025

Fire Country is one of the most popular CBS TV shows, but unfortunately, it’s going on a lengthy hiatus after the next new episode.

On Friday (December 13), “Promise Me,” which is the eighth episode in season three, will debut in Fire Country‘s regular time slot.

Here’s the synopsis for the Fall Finale: When a series of dangerous underground zombie fires emerge, the team must protect the town, forcing Eve to have a less-than-warm reunion with her estranged father, Elroy Edwards (Phil Morris), a stalwart cowboy whose family ranch has become a pillar of the Edgewater community.

Then, the show will not air another new episode until several weeks in to 2025! Keep reading to find out more… In total, Fire Country will go on a seven-week long hiatus and return with new episodes on Friday (January 31).
