NBC’s freshman drama Brilliant Minds has already wrapped up, but the network made an unusual decision that might have some fans a little anxious as we’re awaiting a renewal or cancellation update about the TV show.

The 13-episode first season was originally scheduled to wrap up on January 13, 2025, but NBC has made the decision to air the finale as a two-part episode one week earlier.

This caused some questions among fans as to whether ratings issues caused the Zachary Quinto-starrer to wrap up earlier than planned.
