Manchester United fans have been reacting to reports suggesting Cristiano Ronaldo will accept a 30 per cent pay cut if it enables him to complete a move away from the club.
It comes after the Portuguese star effectively handed in a transfer request, asking to leave the club if an acceptable bid is placed.
Ronaldo did not report for pre-season training at the club's Carrington training complex as originally planned and has been absent from their tour of Thailand and Australia due to a family issue.
A number of clubs have been linked with Ronaldo, including Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain. However, most have looked to distance themselves from a potential move.
