Fifteen hopeful celebrities will be dancing it out to become the latest Strictly Come Dancing champion this autumn. The popular BBC One dance contest is back with its launch show on Saturday, September 16.
Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas will return to cast an eye over the new famous faces taking to the ballroom, while hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will return to the helm and steer the Strictly ship until Christmas for another year.
Fans will find out which professional dancers this year's contestants have been paired during Saturday's pre-recorded show. It will also feature a special performance from the judges, as well as current Strictly champions Hamza Yassin and Jowita Przystał. Radio presenter Nikita Kanda is among the famous faces preparing to waltz, foxtrot and tango their way to the Glitterball trophy this year.
The 28-year-old, from Birmingham, first joined the BBC Asian Network in 2021. She presented the radio station's Saturday afternoon show before moving on to host the coveted breakfast slot.
