Strictly Come Dancing is back for another three months of foxtrots, paso dobles and cha-cha-chas. Fifteen celebrities will all take to the dance floor with their professional partner in a bid to try and claim the Glitterball trophy.
Among those taking part this year is actress Amanda Abbington. Amanda, 51, is best known for playing Mary Morstan in BBC's Sherlock.
Morstan served as the love interest in the drama for Dr John Watson, who was played by Martin Freeman. Amanda was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Critics’ Choice Television Award in 2014 for her role. Amanda has also appeared in a number of films including The Queen and I, Crooked House, Ghosted and The Lost King. Amanda was in a relationship with former Sherlock co-star Freeman, who she met on the set of the film Men Only in 2000.
