White Lotus star returns in shock plot twist after actor responds to incest storyline

One of the most jaw-dropping moments was the sudden reappearance of a character from the past seasons. While it was common knowledge that Belinda Lindsey (Natasha Rothwell), the spa manager from the Hawaii-based first season, would be jetting off to Thailand for the new series, the comeback of Greg from the first and second seasons took viewers by surprise.
Greg, brought to life by Jon Gries, initially graced the White Lotus resort in Hawaii in the inaugural season as a somewhat dubious singleton who began a romance with heiress Tanya McQuoid (Jennifer Coolidge).
In the sequel, now hitched, the duo vacationed at the White Lotus in Sicily where Greg's nonchalance towards his wife led to Tanya striking up a bond with British expat Quentin (Tom Hollander).
