Born in Manchester, Bruce started off in the world of showbiz in a comedy duo with a friend and they made their way around the club circuit as "Clarke and Jones.” It was then in 1993 that Bruce’s acting career started to take off as he was cast as Bob in the Film Bob's Weekend.
