Fans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here are in for a treat as a new 'all-star' version of the show gets underway. The popular ITV series usually takes part in the winter with campmates living in the Australian jungle and taking part in a wide range of trials to win food.

However spin-off show I’m A Celebrity... South Africa sees nine campmates from previous years return in a bid to be named the first I’m A Celebrity Legend. Among those taking part is poet and Happy Mondays singer Shaun Ryder. The 60-year-old, from Little Hulton, first took part in the twelfth series of I'm A Celebrity back in 2010.

Back then Shaun appeared alongside celebs including TV presenter Stacey Solomon, comedian Jenny Eclair, comedian Dom Jolly, playboy model Kayla Collins, rapper Aggro Santos, former Olympic sprinter Linford Christie, presenter Gillian McKeith, actress Britt Ekland, This Morning presenter Alison Hammond, politician Lembit Opik, author Sheryl Gascoigne and actor Nigel Havers.
